Versailles 2 - Grand Trianon

A Versailles, il n'y a pas que le château et les jardins. Moi la première, on oubli régulièrement qu'il y a d'autre bâtiment à visiter.

Aujourd'hui je vous parle du Grand Trianon.

In Versailles, you can find more than the palace and gardens. Sometimes we can forget there are other building ton visit.

Today I present the Grand Trianon.

Le Grand Trianon ou Trianon de marbre est le second. Le premier construit par Louis XIV, a été reconstruit par Louis XV. 

Ma curiosité, pour tout vous dire, a été aiguisé par une série de Secret d'Histoire. 

Et oui, je suis fan de Stéphane ...

The Grand Trianon or The marble Trianon is the second one. The first was build by Louis XIV for the Montespan (The porcelain trianon) and it was rebuilt by Louis XV.

Actually, I need to tell you something, I'm crazy about the french  TV show Secret D'histoire 

Ce qu'on peut retenir du Grand Trianon : 

Il est agréable à visiter !

Peu de monde vont jusque là, du coup on peut se retrouver seul dans certaine pièce. 

Evidemment, le côté "parc à thème" reste en image de fond. On suit le cordage. Le monde est figé. 

Là , où le château est gigantisme, le Grand Trianon ramène une échelle plus "réaliste".

What we can remember : 

He is nice to visit !

Few people are going so far, so we can be alone for your walk. 

Obviously, the "Disneywolrd" spirit stay in my mind. We follow the rope. The world is frozen.

But, where the castle is gigantic, the Grand Trianon had more a "realist" size.

La décoration empire du lieu transporte dans une autre époque. 

Rien que de l'extérieur, le Trianon de marbre rose invite au rêve.

With the empire decoration, carries into another time.

Just with the front, the pink marble Trianon is  an invitation to daydream.

En attendant, je fais comme les touristes, et me prend en photos dans la salle de bal ;-)
